Business Case

The vision and mission statements both hold the company together. The mission statement is describing the direction of the business and communicating why it exists and how to bring about the vision. The company's vision statement is a synopsis of the plans in the future that a business will provide and the strategic decision making methods. In the paper, I will discuss the importance of Tons Of Fun, the vision, mission, and values are important in determining the strategic directions of Tons Of Fun.

Define the Business

Most established companies develop organizational mission statements and vision statements, which serve as foundational guides in the establishment of company objectives (Kokemulle, 2013). The mission statement will let our customers know what the business does and why I developed it.

Our mission statement is differentiating ourselves within the party planning market. We will organize, produce and support exceptional parties that will exceed our customers expectations in terms of service,innovation and value. Tons Of Fun prides itself on providing excellent party planning, creative designs for invitations, and providing photography services that will not be out of our customer's budget. In addition to making sure our customers are satisfied we also offer a party area, arcade, moonwalks, and arts and crafts center. The area where the party center is located there are no other events centers for kids near that location. This party center will offer competitive party packages that are reasonable, and we will always strive to stay within a budget that everyone can afford. One of the things that we will offer will be personalized invitations to send to all of the party guests. The birthday person will receive a t-shirt, bag and also take a birthday picture. The party center will accommodate children of all ages and will have several fun activities for them to do. To make sure we stay ahead and continue to be successful we will try different things to bring in additional customers.

The Vision

My vision statement will help me to define my company's future success and what I want it to become. Our vision at Tons Of Fun is to create a place that will be special where the smiles and laughter will make wonderful memories with family and friends. We want to create a place that will have an atmosphere of involvement for those kids with or without disabilities. This will allow and encourage everyone to have an increase understanding of one another. My business will make decisions that are rational and reflect values. Tons Of Fun is determined to succeed and will continuously pursue opportunities to improve the quality of the business. As a business, we will set the direction for our future as well as the present. In the future Tons Of Fun will be located in several locations throughout the United States.
