Bussiness Managment Paper

To be honest im not sure what i really would like and or need to know about business management. Something I think i would like to learn about more is maybe personal contracts. Maybe about what I need to include in the contracts I write up for personal work ine but if i do anything like that outside of my normal full-time job. Like for friends and family just to cover my own well being and to make sure im covered if something goes wrong. The next thing I would like more information about is insurance the different kinds. The different options that are out there for insurance for my own personal side projects so me and my clients are covered. Also I would like to know more about the business side of how to figure out what others are charging for sessions, group rates, and specials. Just for simple fact that i go about it in the right way and do not offend anyone or jeopardize my career just trying to get info. I would also like to learn about what fair rates as far as gym's and how much we are suppose to get paid. How much they charge the customers and what percent we get or if we are just suppose to get a flat rate per client. Also if its different just from gym to gym and business to business depending on what line of work you are in involving this career. Another thing would be about what options we have as far as getting into physical therapy side of things if with our certification we could pursue a career going in that direction, just working under the docs with the patients. Probley the most important thing i would like to learn about is how to go about opening a new chain of gym's. Gym's that are like a fun escape from the world were people can be loud fun and creative. A place were clients and trainers can make working out fun a different from your traditional rep counting quite boring gyms that are all over now. basically what other people i would need to employ besides other trainers, I mean the accounting side and the corporate side of things.

The best way I think i can lead, contribute, mentor, and assist the other students is by learning from them as well and always having an open mind to new and different ways of training, teaching, and interactions or communication in all areas. Not acting like im above them since we are the top class in PFT now and by that i mean talking down to them or acting like we know more because we don't we are all here to learn. Also to lead by example and by that i mean doing what needs to be done not making others do things that i myself would not do hold myself to the same expectations and standards. With that also upholding the standards set by you, Riley, and Chris and to make sure that i'm accountable for the students i'am training and that i do the best job i can for them making sure they get closer to their goals and that I'am there for them in whatever professional way possible if there is something else going on in their lives, or school personal
