Climate Event

Some of the many factors that have an affect on climate such as changes in the amount of solar energy, Sun/rain/snow, and volcanic eruptions are natural. Humans cause other factors such as greenhouse gasses. According to the Nation Earth Science Teacher Association, heat from the Sun supplies our planet with much-needed warmth. But over the past 150 years more heat has been retained by Earth as the amount of heat-trapping greenhouse gases in the atmosphere has grown. Although we cannot control the climate for our events, we can purchase and use equipment that can take the edge of that chilly winter night, or hot summer afternoon's.

For a reception held in a tent in the wintertime, I would choose to use a outdoor, tent safe heater such as an indirect-fired heater
 that uses propane. These tent heaters work just like household heaters, where as an area must be entirely sealed in order to create a comfortable desired temperature. Heaters can be placed outside of tents in order to maximize space, however this will force the heaters to work harder and less efficiently. Though outdoor heaters include a vast array of multiple types and sizes, indirect-fired heaters would most efficiently heat a tent for a reception. Indirect-fired units are preferred because they eliminate combustion, which can cause dizziness, burning eyes and nausea, and will provide a warm atmosphere for guests while maintaining a pleasurable temperature. While tent heaters are perfect for a chilly winter reception, summer receptions require something a little different.

Summer is the hottest time of the year and viewed by many as the most beautiful time of the year to hold and entertain many different events. However depending on mother, a hot day or getting stuck in the middle of a heat waive may make your guest more prone to complain about the heat or have guest not show up. However something can be done about this. Temperature can be controlled in the by setting up a portable air conditioning unit. The size of the AC unit needed for your special event is based on many different factors such as the size and height of the tent being rented for your event, the number of guests, the event timing, the type of event and the outside temperature. Tent air conditioners work great in time of a heat waive emergency, or simple just a hot summer day. Air conditioners will not only lower the temperature but make the humidity in the room go down. Tent Cooling Air conditioning facilities can be found all over the web and in most cities. AC units are typically non expensive, and will make a big difference in the day of your big event.
