The purchase of Louisiana was a bought to insure the ports, already Americans settled, were in their control from any other country threatened to enter this area. The massive land gave themselves proof the Americans every right to extend their nation through what they call "manifest destiny." Jefferson soon quickly knew why it was important to buy it for another reason after being notified of Napoleons' true intentions of the North America, so quickly got actions in order and bought it. The city of New Orleans was quickly assembled to become the state of Louisiana. The country further becoming a bigger and independent nation, thus giving the people reasons to be proud of their independence.

The embargo was an act to isolate a country who trades with the Americans. The Embargo was first created to become neutral between the UK and France, so they couldn't sway the war one way or another. Most significantly it showed the UK to respect the young American rights and avoid war with them. Pre-cooking a strong nationhood they want to stand behind and keep their independence to be a good idea.

The War of 1812 was a repeated action by the British Authority violating the American Sovereignty. The British continually threaten their new independence and try take back what was there's at first. The Americans sought this is our land and had already established statehood. We have every right to manifest our destiny and the Americans will fight to protect it. The War of 1812 was a significant event in the history of the United States of America by establishing the country with an identity, defending its first "invasion", and proving to be a powerful force.

The John Marshalls Court decisions were intriguing and unforgettable. McCullough v. Maryland was Marshall's great judicial performance allowing the constitution to be an open and changing written paper. The Constitution was flexible to be able to have changes, to better their nation with its laws and force. The ruling established the principle of implied powers through a broad interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, giving Congress an expanded role in governing the nation. The decision also reinforced the supremacy of federal law over state law when the two conflict. The landmark ruling became the basis for key Court decisions throughout the nineteenth and twentieth century's supporting congressional activities.

Gibbons v. Ogden in the end allowed congress to control interstate commerce, thus giving ending many state granted monopolies and creating free enterprise to rise. John Marshall's ruling was a stepping stone to new and growing country to be our nation controlling itself. The Congress was given the power make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for the purpose. But this limitation on the means which may be used is not extended to the powers which are conferred; nor is there one sentence in the Constitution, which
