My cliff was formed by waves erode a notch in the coast, the notch gradually becomes deeper, the area above the notch becomes so undercut that it collapses forming a cliff, the former base of the cliff remains as a wave-cut platform, material eroded from the cliff builds up to form a wave built terrace.

4. A spit is a narrow ridge of sand or shingle. One end out in to sea and the other is connected to the land. A spit is formed through the movement of beach material over long periods of time by wave action.

5. The town that is being affected is Menlo valuable farmland and some houses and some roads have being eroded away. The council have put in large boulders to stop the erosion .

The objective of this report is to analyse a company and compare it to the theories which were studied in management. The theories had been sectioned into organisational profiles, managerial profiles, the business environment, management theories and organisational cultural. In this report at a manager's perspective on the daily running of the company will be examined and will be interviewing a manager.
