Globalization: a very broad and complex process that affects all spheres of our lives. This means creating a new type of relationship between businesses, countries and societies. Is the term process in which events, decisions and actions occurring in one part of the world have significant consequences for individuals and societies, even in remote parts of the globe. Areas of globalization are finance, markets, competitive strategies, technology, research and development knowledge, consumption patterns and lifestyles, regulations, and the image of a unified world. Globalization provides benefits primarily from the expansion of production scale and extend product life cycles.

THE TERM "Globalization" has at least three meanings:

a) refers to the process of internationalization of social relations,

b) represents a new phase of modernization and capitalist development with an emphasis on international relations,

c) identify new trends in the development of culture.

The positive side of globalization:

- Dissemination

- Scientific and technological progress (e.g., development of the Internet and modern means of transport, telephony)

- International trade (exchange of goods and services-such as membership to the World Trade Organization)

- Development of technologies

- Weakens the armed conflict

- Greater tolerance of national

- Ease of communication

- Zoom markets

- Regional economic integration

The negative side of globalization:

- Endangering national identity

- The collapse of small businesses

- The increase in unemployment in less developed countries GOSP

- Population growth

- The threat to the environment (greenhouse effect, ozone depletion, deforestation, soil erosion and lack of water

- Monotony

- Lack of originality

- Destruction of the environment (still building new factories and factories)

- Increase in the number of death

- The development of motor

- Negative impact on the economies of economically weaker countries

- The money earned at the institution are transferred to the account
