intro: I believe everyone wants to live longer and happier in this room, right? So, start to improve your health NOW by change your lifestyle. Since my grandfather had a heart attack, we brought him to see a doctor. then we found out he have heart disease high blood pressure and severe disease. The doctor recommend him to change his lifestyle. So we decide to change our meals and some bad habit such as not exercise enough OR put too much salt in the food. Even now, he past away 2 yrs ago, we still keep the ways of eating and exercise, and it makes me healthy than ever. so, let me tell you how am i improve my health.

First, I start to change the time i eat and the food i eat, at least 2 meals a day.especially breakfast because breakfastis the most important meal of the day. since im not a morning-person, so i choose morning class to force myself wake up early, they usually start around 9:30, i can wake up at 8:40, drink a glass of milk or coffee (the milk i drink contains calcium and vitamin D, which help the body aborbs calcium-Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium, which your bones need to grow.) then go to school, there are lots of study show that students who eat breakfast are usually perform better, according to mrbreakfast.com Children who eat breakfast perform better on standardized achievement tests and have fewer behavior problems in school.

In nowday, girls or women are usually want to lose weight no matter they need or not. "Skipping breakfast is a common strategy for losing weight, but not a smart one. I do like veggies and fruits which contains a lot of vitamin C and other nutritons. Times like this between 2 seasons, people are usually get sick, it is really import to build up body's immune system to avoid getting cold. For me, in my memory i never get cold when everyone does, and if i did, that probrobly the only time i sick for that entire year. Stewart, Thomas M. ."Vitamin C may help to decrease the duration of the common cold. )
