McDonald's has become emblematic of globalization, now and again referred as The Mcdonaldization of culture. This case introduces about international operations of McDonald's Corporation, one of the oldest chains of shows quick service restaurants in the world. In its own history, McDonald's had developed a successful market internationally, had a presence about 120 countries and franchises its brand to local businesspeople (about 70% of the world's McDonald's restaurants are franchised). Analysts pointed out that while many restaurants and restaurant chains were facing hard times because of the economic slowdown, McDonald's had shown improvement in sales as well as the case shows the variety of strategies that the company adopted in the international market including its localization, pricing, promotional, and operational strategies in various countries.

How Mcdonalds made globalization as well as internationalazation. It has began in 1955 when Ray Kroc bought from brothers McDonald's. Withen 1 year Ray Kroc has opened over than 100 new branches in nationwide. Every year McDonald's have introduced new 100 branches in new states of USA. And leader of McDonald's Ray Kroc has introduced "Golden Arches". McDonald's have opened "Humberger University" in 1961 it is also one of the way for going global. In 1966 Ronald McDonald appeared his first television commercial. After this succesful steps McDonald's became international. That was in Canada in 1967. Nowadays, McDonald's working in about 120 countries with its 32000 branches and serving to 58 million customers each day world wide.

McDonlad's achieved to its own rock not only with succesful strategies, but also high quelity services, unforgetable chain fast foods, and get easier localization with promotions. For example: In 1949 world's famous franch fries introduced, in 1968 McDonald's introduced Big Mac, in 1973 introduced Quarter Pounder, in 1975 McMuffin, in 1987 fresh salads added, in 2001 Big 'n Tasty added, in 2003 Premium salads and McGridles introduced, in 2006 Snack Warp introduced, McCafe has gone international.

Globalization demands good services from organization. McDonald's also introduced variety of services to its loyalty customers. There are following:

1. Drive - Thru

2. McDelivery

3. McValue Lunch

4. WiFi at McDonald's

This services was also McDonald's strenghts in its globalization way. McDonald's goes 24 hours with its services. In 1996 McDonald's launched its own website www.mcdonalds.com for serving to the customers via internet accessing. That also one of the step getting global.
