Our universe is the home to over seven billion humans, diverse groups of animals and a variety of wildlife. And it just keeps growing and growing, it never stops growing. With so much life present on our planet, it comes along with a lot of stuff , and it is very common in this day and age that most things go unnoticed. I believe this quote is about finding the beauty behind the things that in everyday life would usually overlooked. I took a tour around my house, the school and a soccer field to try and really pay attention to the small things composing these large structures. In the following ten pictures are small things that I believe represent this quote perfectly. These are ten small everyday things that would not normally strike the human eye as “cool” or “interesting” but when you take a closer look you begin to notice certain small details and they you start to realize just how important some of these overlooked small items are.

The first photograph I took was of a student opening her locker in a hallway at school. It’s weird to think that a boring old high school hallway could be so beautiful. You can walk through it on your way to class so quickly without being able to take in it’s true beauty. Without noticing it, you and your sweater have had many amazing memories together.

The next photo is of a series of drawers known in everyday life as a dresser. A place where you store your clothes, shoes or any other miscellaneous items. Have you ever thought about how they're shaped so perfectly or how there build it to just the right height? It is not often that while we're putting our clothes away that we stop and realize that this simple structure of wood is very convenient to us and so well-designed.

I took a picture of the five letter music. I can guarantee during the day today you listened to music at least once. Many people do not notice how music affects them. Music was brought into this world for the pure joy of entertainment but many do not see how music serves many other purposes. There are millions of other reasons why music is used. You’re going for a run and need something to pump you up, what do you use? You just had a horrible break up and need to hear some comforting words, what do you seek to help mend your wounded heart? Music is the glue that holds our feelings and mind together.

A magnet is an item we can purchase at the dollar store for twenty-five cents. A small invaluable
