Result of Omega-3 DHA and EPA

Omega-3 fatty acids docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), are a frequently practice of preventing a treating disease by providing the body with most favorable amounts of substances which are natural to the body (1). In short term, the essential nutrients t increase quality of life and lower the possibility of early death. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the result of omega-3.

In the study by Kidd, explain that an enough nutritional accessibility of DHA and EPA is fundamental for the brain function. This two are a very important throughout adulthood and any of dietary supplementation with DHA and EPA has proven beneficial for many of the known higher mental functions (1). Childhood brain development is throughout the last trimester of fetal life and the first two years of the childhood. There are nutritional supplements with DHA and EPA that are beneficial for many of mental functions.

In conclusion, omega-3 has been linked with several disorders, but also there is some research that showed the benefits of omega-3. DHA and EPA have shown that they can be beneficial to children with n Deficit (AD), Hyperactivity Disorder (HD), Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and aggression. Finally, many of the research have proven that omega-3 is beneficial for brain development and factions.
