The services that are to be provided by YYY employee to the ZZZ shall include the following:
Job duties and Responsibilities:
* Analyze functional and business requirements.
* Perform GAP Analysis between current Business Intelligence (BI) environment and to-be BI environment.
* Install and configure new version of BI tool on company server.
* Test the installation for performance and stability to support the BI reporting environment.
* Update and upgrade older version packages, models, cubes and reports to new version.
* Design, develop, configure, program and implement software applications, packages and components customized to meet specific needs and requirements.
* Provide support to the BI team as and when required during the entire project lifecycle.
* Review and modify programs to ensure technical accuracy, security and reliability of programs.
* Perform test plan preparation and unit and system testing.
* Provide quality documentation, status updates and production support.

Presently he is assigned to provide services to our client "ZZZ" for the position of Systems Analyst to work on providing Data warehouse and business intelligence solutions. Her itinerary of services would be as follows

Project Description: To upgrade the current BI environment from IBM Cognos BI 8.4 to IBM Cognos BI 10. Perform scalability and architectural analysis for the new environment. Install IBM Cognos BI 10 software in a 3-tier architecture on using Apache web server. Perform functional and business analysis to deploy the new environment. Perform preliminary installation of Cognos RFS Development Portal on a standalone server for testing without interrupting the current IBM Cognos BI 8.4 environment.
Define security in LDAP server as per the new IBM Cognos BI 10 version environment. To deploy existing IBM Cognos BI 8.4 reports from Cognos 8.4 to Cognos 10. November 2011
