I. Background

Show Your Love Flowershop is a local, family owned business located in the beautiful Scottsdale Arizona. Katie and Robert Scimone founded Show Your Love Flowershop in 1952. The organization has been under a great and rapid growth in the last decade under the direction of the Scimone Family, grandchildren of Katie and Robert. Show Your Love is dedicated to expand its products and services to all over the valley of the sun. The company's main focus is to provide their customers the best available service and treat their employees with respect and dignity, creating an atmosphere of generosity and camaraderie. For the owner and President, Marissa Scimone, her main focus is to change the culture to provide a small company feel in which management is open to communicate and work together with each and every employee in effort to develop close collaboration and in turn bring more success to the company itself. As she stated in a recent press release, "Our culture is akin to that of a small family. All our employees are partners in the business, share our success, and help us sustain the core values that make us successful."

Organizational Vision:

Our Vision is to be the company in the state of Arizona - in the eyes of the shareholders, customers, communities and the people. We expect that within the next three years, Show Your Love will become a leader in providing the best products and services to small business, as well as to offer and aspire to become the company of choice to employees and be best admired by Arizona for their people, partnerships and performance - above all, be able to maintain decent competitive advantage our stakeholders can appreciate.

Mission Statement:

The mission of Show Your Love Flowershop is to ensure that each customer receives prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous service. To be flexible and allow the organization to respond to the market and customers need as well as to maintain a professional and friendly environment for our customers and staff. Each customer is an essential part of the success of Show Your Love Flowershop and to show that Show Your Love provides a fair price using only quality components. To ensure that all customers and staff are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve is the code of ethics Show Your Love lives by and to thank each customer for the opportunity to serve them. Maintaining these objectives is the main focus at Show Your Love Flowershop and to be assured of a fair profit that will allow us to contribute to the community they serve.

Values:

In conducting the day-to-day operations of the business, Show Your Love Flowershop will realize their vision by performing their affairs so that words will become action in providing value to each and every costumer. Show Your Love pledges to remain humble and true to the business they have built and to operate with integrity, responsibility and honesty.
