The management aspect implies a clear and precise identification of duties and responsibilities, flow of authority and manpower level requirement. It must be set up to optimum effectiveness. To achieve these, management must be able to plan all activities for the company to become productive and competitive industry through human resources, financial capability and new technologies. Human management is one of the complex management it deeply needs special treatment to indulge successful business or any other process which consist of people with different personalities and behaviours. This includes a study of the officers and key personnel, basic considerations in forming the organizations, form of ownership, organizational chart, and project schedule.

The intention of physical and medical check-up is to ensure that the applicant is physically equipped for the job and has no illness or disease can affect his performance and his co- employees. The later objective is particularly important in determinations of work caused disabilities.
