PACKAGE

SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ELECTRO-MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT

the Project's Employer (hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser) plans to organize international competitive bidding in accordance with the Law of Bidding of Vietnam for Package NQ3.TB-01: Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Electro-mechanical Equipment and Communication Equipment for N Hydropower Project located on

The capital for this package is arranged by the Employer.

The Purchaser invites sealed bids from local and/or foreign bidders, who are eligible, experienced and qualified enough to participate in the bidding.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the bidding documents at the following address:

Eligible Bidders shall send their requests for purchasing Bidding Documents (by post or by fax or telephone) to our above address, from 08:00a.m on April, 17th 2008.

A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD1000 (in words one thousand United States Dollars) from 08:00a.m to 04:30p.m on working days from April, 17th 2008 to before 09:00a.m May, 19th 2008 at the above address.

Deadline for submission of bids: at 09:00a.m on May 19th 2008. Bids shall remain valid for the period of 180 days counting from the deadline for submission of bids.

Bids must be accompanied by a security of USD 200,000 (in words: Two hundred thousand United States Dollars). Bid Security must be submitted with the Bid or sent to the above address on or before the deadline for submission of bids. Validity period of the bid security shall be 210 days counting from the deadline for submission of bids.

Bids will be opened at 9:30a.m on May, 19th 2008 at the above address in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
