* What are the advantages of having diversity in a collaborative learning environment?

Collaborating helps each of us learn from different interests. Sheltering yourself from diversity can actually harm you than help you. You can learn so much from the different cultures, ethnicity, race, and even religion. Diversity in general is good for any learning environment. The interaction with others will let you experience a little of everything. Each person is a different world and they have so much to offer if we just sit down and listen to what others have to say and their opinions. Diversity is a key for almost any situation. When kids and adults can interact with others different from themselves, it makes a vast difference in their consciousness and ability to get along with others in a positive way.

* How might factors such as diversity, attitude, learning, and work styles affect collaboration?

Diversity may affect the collaboration in part to religion. It may be difficult to schedule your time to the collaboration if maybe you attend frequent religion classes.

Attitudes are different for every person, but you must be able to participate as a team to accomplish the collaboration. If there are disagreements in scheduling the phone call or the meeting, then you should speak to the teacher.

We are all learning at the same time. There is a lot to consider, like study habits and the work style that you discover.

It is very interesting to discover your work style. You become more aware of it and you also see it in the people around.

* How does personal responsibility influence the work and success of a group?

Personal responsibility influences the work and the success of the group in different ways.

First, been responsible with the work ahead insure the completion of all the individual steps that are necessaries to achieve the common goal of the team. Secondly, by being responsible with the different tasks assigned, the team member reflects in the others' team member important values like commitment, dedication and respect for the others. That set of values and characteristics encouraging the group synergism on the ideas and task's results for a common goal. Finally, because the share and connection of all the virtues that personal responsibility transmit, it become into the group responsibility.
