We will explore the role the organisational culture plays in achieving organisational objectives. We will include a discussion on why it is important, and how to change an established culture so that it is better aligned with achieving the desire organisational outcomes.

This section is a brief overview of organizational culture. It will encompass several definitions and quotes and take us through the history of organizational culture as well as briefly mentioning the different types of organizational cultures.

In this section, we will set out to expand on the link between organisation's culture and the organisaton's performance.

2) The different impacts of organizational culture on the organization

IV) DISCUSS THE LINK BETWEEN VARIOUS ORGANISATIONAL ELEMENTS AND THE ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE

This section will show why organisational culture has become so important by taking the point of view of several segments in the organisation and their benefits.
