Successful leadership style/ why is he a successful leader

Barack Hussein Obama is the current president of the United States. The writer of this document thinks the President of the US is a successful leader because of the leadership style he has as a natural dynamic culture leader. Obama has the four emotional intelligent model of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and social skills (Ledlow & Coppola, 2014).

Obama is a president, which gets things done like the affordable care act, Gay marriage legal in all states in the US, and lower gas prices for the citizen of the country. President Obama is the one president in Esther De La Torre’s lifetime that has a great way of communicating all information, he is believable, and cares about everything that happens in the US. Whenever there is a crisis in this country, he or his wife are there.  The communities in this country can count on him facing all of the problems in the county or they speak to the people throughout the media with all of the concerns and his plans to try and correct the problem at hand (CALHOUN, 2015).

Management/ leadership theories they have

The President of US has Transformational leadership and the Quiet Leadership Style with the way he has run the country for the past seven years. Obama is the leader that faces the US and does not hide behind anything or anyone. The people of America have followed and admired Obama because of his inspiration, vision, and passion for achieving great things for the US, which he does by injecting enthusiasm and energy into the speeches and debates when talking to the great people of America. The Quiet leadership in Obama is his charismatic personality he does not have an ego he is the US President and is job is to be the best leader and does it by motivating the people. Obama is a selfless leader and tries not to get his emotions involved when making a decision that is the best for this country (Changing Minds, n.d).

Leadership style compares to the writer

Esther De La Torre can compare the leader of Barack Obama to her own because the share the same leadership style dynamic culture leader. Esther De La Torre injects her enthusiasm and energy to most of the things she manages in her work and her life. Her social skills and social awareness give her the view of the future that will excite and convert her potential followers in the workplace and home environment. Esther as a quiet leader gives credit to other that take credit for herself. Esther also takes initiative and starts the tasks in hand so the people can follow her. Esther leaders by example with her life in the workplace.
