Musar Music has been operating for 30 years yet there is still an existing problem we need to figure out. With regard to the increase number of their clients, the approach being habituated by the industry in which they still exercise manual registration and checklist on their students’ schedule became a very time consuming task and at the same time encourages impracticality. The allocation of instructors depends on their schedule; however, due to lack of information dissemination between branches, it then creates conflict between them. There are also no other more convenient and fast way of informing the instructors the change of schedules and plans as a result to discordancy to the primary schedule. Students’ schedules on tutorials are being affected due to this conflict which results to changes in plan without being informed. This process has been creating a burden to whole entity due to failure in making proper information dissemination and creating a fixed schedule. Another problem is that future buyers of musical instrument cannot have reservations using the existing entity’s webpage which simply means that there is a need to go and visit the branch location.Musar Music has been operating for 30 years yet there is still an existing problem we need to figure out.
