* Whether students are satisfy with the quality of food served in canteen or not?- 50% are looking satisfied.

* Whether price paid for food in canteen is as per quality of food.? -Most of students just denied this fact

* Whether the place of canteen is good or not.?- Yes, most of students are agree with the place.

* Is the sitting facility is in the canteen is good or not?- Not at all. Because most of times 80% of the students are standing.

* Is their drinking water facility in the canteen or not?- No, you have to purchase the purchase water bottle.

* Is their proper hand washing facility or not?- This facility is ok ok.

* Various Facilities provided by them:-

 Proper disposal of remaining foods or cold-drink bottle or of food plates-yes

 Paper napkin -yes

 Parcel facility-no

 Cleanliness-not good

 Interior of canteen-nothing like that

 Is there any requirement of any other canteen in the s.p.b college campus:- yes, we have listen from many of the students that they don't like the food of present canteen.

 INTERPRETATION OF OBSERVATION SHEET:-

 We have observed this canteen for three days from morning 8am to 2pm and some time 8am to 4pm. And here many students only came with their friends and not eat food.

 We have use direct observation technique, non-participative and unstructured techniques and our observation is purely on manual basis.

 All members of our group have observed the case alternatively and sometime 2 or more members are there to observe.

 There are total 250 or more than 250 students everyday come to canteen for light breakfast and also with some of their friends.

 As our canteen is relatively small and does not carry more food items there are already less number of students are coming. And this order but not having situation or item out of stock happen many times. This would happen 70-80 times in day. Which is really a poor sign.

 In our canteen sitting facility is at its worst. It's just pathetic, there are only 3 tables to sit of which bench is broken or some other problems are there with the sitting. And most of students are sitting on their own vehicles.

 As our old canteen has only one man who make coffee, tea, magi, sandwich and pizza, so he is not able to deliver the food items at right time. So, there is always going to be time lag between placement of order and delivery of order. There are nearly 140 cases when delivery of food gets late.

 Some of the students are just not satisfied with the quality of food. They are saying like it is just useless to waste money on this food items which is provided by canteen.

 Most of the students are thinking that price paid for food as not justified with the quality.

 Place of the canteen is a good place with open atmosphere.

 There is nothing like drinking water facility or water cooler in the present canteen. One has to purchase the water bottle which adds to the expenditure of students.

 Most of the students needs to wash their hands after finishing their food, so this facility is also not good.

 The disposal facility of empty packets and wrappers of chips and biscuits, chocolates , food plates and of used cold-drink bottles is just not good.

 There is good cleanliness in the canteen but outside the canteen the cleanliness is not up to the mark. There are mosquitoes murmuring around the dustbins and food items in the canteen.

We are required to open a canteen in the S.P.B college campus given that we have 1500 sq. Ft land with rent of rs 36000. So, we have done the observation of many students in the S.P.B college and of present canteen in the S.P.B college. So, we are required to decide should we open the canteen in the S.P.B college or not?
