The life of a human being can be very stressful. There are days where we just want to escape the world and hide forever. But what we don’t realize is that if we just run away, what is the meaning of life going to be anymore. Life was meant to be full of stress, life was meant to be full of hardships, and with all this comes great power. When we fulfill our tasks, we get a great feeling of success and we realize that we can reach a greater potential. The only reason why stress exists in our life is because it’s the only thing that can show us the greater path in life. It’s the key to our happiness because nothing is better than tough love. But then comes science. Always wanting to contradict the meaning of life. Many may say the way of science is the way of life but what if that’s not true? In science their meaning of happiness are endorphins. Out of all the things they can come up with they came up with endorphins, and why is that? Endorphins are said to play a major role in our life and affect our everyday decisions from what we eat to how we’re treating people around us. It allegedly runs our lives even though we have the power to control it. Endorphins and happiness have evolved throughout many generations, and honestly what brings out the happiness in us now isn’t the same as it did in the last century. It’s weird how our body can be affected by such small things, so small that we’ve been unaware of their existence before modern science evolutions. Happiness is something that really doesn’t exist anymore, everything is simply fake, fake expressions, fake feelings, fake people, everything has just become a lie but isn’t that what happiness grows from. Overcoming the worst that comes within us and the endorphins can actually help bring a greater you, and especially a greater we. From this point on we’ll find the truth we’ve been searching for since our evolutions, we will finally know what awaits us in the near future, a time where greatness is alive in each and every one of us.

Let’s start off with something we all know and adore: happiness. Happiness is something that we all have different perspectives on. Happiness can come from many things as simple as food, and I know for a fact that food is a powerful source for happiness. Happiness can also come from shopping and we all know how happy we get whenever we get new clothes. In more serious cases other things that can bring the most joy out of us is love. Love can come from anywhere from our friends, to our families to our loved ones. Happiness can grow from so many things and all we have to do is give it a chance to grow within us, it won’t just appear magically. Happiness is something we all deserve and nothing less. Happiness can grow from giving and getting, but most importantly it grows from staying positive. Happiness can grow from building relationships with the ones around you. It’s really important to have people who care around you. You always need a support system and without one, it’s going to be a struggle to survive. You need people to be there for you when you fall. You don’t want to be the one who thinks they’re the most superior in their surrounding society and then the worst case scenario happens and all of a sudden you just feel empty and all that joy has no more meaning. Have relationships may be hard at first and I know it’s hard finding one in the first place and you may get hurt one in a while but that’s what keeps us going. No one likes people who give up, and the more you can take the stronger you become, causing happiness to be all around you. But happiness can also come from giving up grudges against the people in your lives. Everything happens for a reason and not once is there a time where something happens just because, it happens so you realize the difference it makes in your life, if you want to accept it or not. If it’s something that hurt you, it happened because it was a chance to show you how great you are, and by holding a grudge happiness will never approach your path and the only thing you’ll be experiencing is anger and jealousy and that’s is terrible for your mental health. That would only be brining negative vibes to your daily life and soon enough you’ll be having suicidal thoughts. Holding grudges aren’t acceptable in general and no good will ever come from it. One major aspect that can bring you happiness is paying attention to society around you. According to Richard Davidson, studies show that “people who practice mindfulness—the moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and external circumstances—not only have stronger immune systems but are more likely to be happy and enjoy greater life satisfaction, and they are less likely to be hostile or anxious. Pioneering research by Richard Davidson, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and others has found that a basic eight-week mindfulness training program can significantly improve our physical and psychological well-being.” What this demonstrates to us that cooperating with people around you will only bring the best in yourself and others. When you don’t isolate yourself, you tend to reach your full potential because you grow from not only one ideology but many. You grow from interacting with other great minds around you and can consist of many things that you’ve been searching for all your life. Honestly the truth about happiness is not what lasts but what has more meaning. For example, would you rather buy a new car or take a trip to Europe? Well depending on your personality if chose buying a car would bring you more happiness then that just proves that it’s not happiness you’re experiencing but selfishness. Buying a car won’t bring any meaning to your life, it’s just a way to show off on your social status on society. But if you chose a trip to going to Europe the that’s what true happiness is, being around the ones you love just puts you in a position where you just feel amazing, it’s just unexplainable, that tingling feeling you feel, and your heart pounding on your chest, wishing it could be like this forever, well that’s true happiness. That feeling can never be replaced with anything else, once you find the one you’ll understand what happiness is.
