The attached report, requested by Director of the International Student Centre of the Sheridan College.

Our study describes the result of our research in regards to assess the services of the International Students Centre. We believe you will find the results of the research useful and effective in prompting future improvements of services facilitated for the foreign students.

We conducted this research to assess the services of the International Student Centre in three campuses of the Sheridan College. We hope that the outcomes of this study will prompt faculty to create resources and activities to help foreign students to maintain their motivation and academic progress throughout their way to graduation.

Primary research consisted of 50 surveys given to the international students of the Sheridan College. Secondary research consisted of journals such as: American Journal of Library Philosophy and Practice, Canadian Journal of Higher Education, International Journal for Educational and Vocational Guidance. The results of this research are discussed fully in the report, indicate that majority of the international apprentices are suffering from homesickness.
