Challenges that I believe that I will face is knowing what content and skills to teach, managing a classroom and keeping up with everything as far as making sure all my parents are informed at all times dealing with their child. My rewards would be my passion for the classroom, the job security as a teacher, and the opportunity to change others' lives.
