Quality assurance:

Laica product conduct 100% in process check, and follow MIL-STD random inspection each lot item by item before delivery, we'll take pictures for every shipment to prove products are in good condition before delivery.

1) Warranty period: 15 months from shipping date for functional defect which could be defined as manufacturing mistake. If there's distribution contract signed by both sides mentioning different condition, we follow the distribution contract.

2) Please take picture of container seal immediately when shipment arrive & take picture when you open the shipment make random check of the product received. In case of product missing or damage after receiving the goods, pictures from both sides should be reported within 2 weeks to define the cause of damage.

3) For FOB term, after product on board, the loss or damage during transportation, are the risk of buyer. (When the condition is Ex-Work, the sentence should change accordingly) LAICA is not responsible to repair or replace the losing or damaged goods caused by the transportation process.

4) The product is produced according to the sample approved by the buyer through e-mail. The argument of outlook or design will not be accepted after mass production.

Any product modification requirement by buyer need to be approved again before placing order.

1) Warranty period: 24 months from shipping date for the functional defect which could be defined as manufacturing mistake. If there's distribution contract signed by both sides mentioning different condition, then distribution contract shall be prevail.

2) When shipment arrival, please take picture of container seal and make random check while unloading the container.

Once unloading the container, If any missing or damage good, pictures from both sides should be presented within 2 weeks to clarify the cause.

3) On FOB term, goods after shipment on board (On Ex-Work term, goods after loading on the truck) the loss or damage from transportation are the risk of buyer. So any charge of repair or replace the losing or damaged goods will be under buyer's account.

4) The production is realized according to the approval sample or sampling picture which is confirmed by buyer through e-mail, if any complain to the outlook or design after buyer's confirmation to the approval sample or sampling picture will not be accepted.
