Development of Erp

The development of ERP is a mixture of management idea and computer technology. From the generation of ERP's maturity, it fully fits with theory and practice time after time. In the 20 years of development, through practicing management theory application and innovation, the basic system and model has been clearer. However, how popular the management mind in this software is just an inferior aspect. We should see more about whether this mind is utilized in practice, and its success in the developed countries proved the mind of ERP is right.

In our country, the level of enterprise's management is long-term behind information requirements. Much enterprise exists data base is not complete and inauthentic accounting information problem. In addition, a lot of enterprise has not been set up modern enterprise system, such as in internal scarcely from the standing of technological innovation; using information technology is in passive state, not enough to make enforcement appear credible and so on. There are serious question will heavily affect the application of ERP. ERP applications support a broader space for enterprises' management. The extendable characteristic with solutions to certain industry has made it possible to satisfy needs of different fields. However, one former situation is the convergence of management views and depths. Especially, ERP financial system is obliged to receive all kinds of processing, analyzing and cross-function instant information. It also needs to have the ability to oversee operation function and react instantly. Only in this way, will ERP support and diagnose the problems for enterprises.

In our country's commercial system, there are apparent problems on the weak coincidence for sales, purchasing, producing and accounting processes. This phenomenon even grows worse in some fast-growing enterprise, for example, producing disruption and waiting for raw as the discordant factor between purchasing and producing; sometimes bad accounts and weak sales will make small profits. These things happen because of the lack of entire strategy, especially the discordant on different industries or the weak coincidence of projects and control caused by the division of cash flow, product flow and information flow. Now, this has come to be a second test for our country's development.
